Theaterecho

As city composer ‘s-Hertogenbosch, I have been invited to write a composition for the public opening of Theater aan de Parade.

City composer Bart van Dongen wrote ‘Theaterecho’ especially for the opening of the theater. We hear the piece resounding on different floors of the theater and in unexpected places, literally in different musical layers. Together with the Aanhaakfanfare, consisting of many amateur musicians, the Misty House Band and the VHD Contemporary Dance preparatory course from Den Bosch, this is a real joint work of art for the city. A musical cathedral consisting of different building blocks.
